Welcome to Thar Craft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of [www.tharcraft.com] ("Website") and any purchase you make from it. The Website is owned and operated by Kaswan & Craft, having its place of business at Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302034, India.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately at Help@tharcraft.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. Colours may appear differently on different screens.
Our products are largely handcrafted. Minor variation in colour, texture, weave, grain, finish and dimensions is inherent to handmade work and is not a defect.
Dimensions and weights listed are approximate and may vary within reasonable tolerance.
All products are subject to availability. We may modify, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation email — in cases of:

Stock unavailability
Errors in pricing, description or product information
Suspected fraudulent, abusive or bulk-resale activity
Delivery restrictions to your location
Failure of payment authorisation

Where an order is cancelled and payment already taken, we will refund the full amount.

5. Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges, COD fees and any other charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed for dispatch.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment.

6. Payments

We accept payments via [UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available]. Payments are processed through third-party gateways; by paying, you also agree to the gateway's terms. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors caused by your bank or the payment gateway.

Shipping timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

These are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including the "Thar Craft" name and logo, product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, graphics, and page layout — is the property of Kaswan & Craft or its licensors, and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

10. User content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content to the Website or our social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content for marketing and other business purposes, with attribution where practical.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory or offensive material. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Acceptable use

Our total liability in respect of any order will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaswan & Craft and its personnel against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, government action, riots, fire, or failures of internet or utility services.
